Payment

SÉFR accepts most major credit/debit cards. SÉFR also accepts payments done by Paypal as well as Klarna in certain regions. 

Please note that when the payment is done with Klarna, your shipping adress needs to be your registered residence. All terms and conditions for purchases done with Klarna can be read here

Shipping

Please note that shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during check out. We offer world wide shipping. Our goal is to have all orders placed during week days processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following week day. Please also note that during sale-period the handling and shipping time will take longer. 

Shipping rates

All orders placed on SEFR-ONLINE.COM will be shipped out via DHL. 

Sweden: 70 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 1500 SEK. Orders will be delivered with DHL Servicepoint.

European Union: 150 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 3000 SEK. Delivery with DHL Economy Select.

Rest or the World: 200 SEK. Free delivery on all orders over 4500 SEK. Delivery with DHL Express.

Delivery Time:

Sweden: 1-3 working days.

European Union: 2-4 working days.

Rest of the world: 1-2 working days.

Please note that during Swedish National Holidays and sale season, orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch.

Order Confirmation / Shipping confirmation

All orders placed on SEFR-ONLINE.COM will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email adress you provided at check-out. This mail includes tracking number and information regarding your parcel. 

Shipping within Sweden

Orders placed within Sweden will be shipped out with DHL and delivered to your nearest Service Point for collection. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a DHL tracking number to your email adress chosen at check-out.
The parcel can be tracked on www.servicepointinrikes.se.
DHL will inform you by SMS or Email once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for pick-up. With DHL Express you will be able to choose how you wish to receive your parcel.

Uncollected packages

SÉFR reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping fees for uncollected packages. These shipping charges will be deducted from the purchased order. 

Returning / exchanging your order

If you are not satisfied with your self-online.com purchase, for any reason, you may return your product within 14 days from the date you received your product. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Note that this also includes both original tag and garment wrapping. Séfr reserves the right to deny any return that we find faulty in this matter. As soon as you return your product to us and it’s received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

We do not refund any shipping charges. Also note that any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The customer also takes full liability for all return shipment costs and eventual custom charges in case of a return.  

Complete the return form and enclose it together with the returned products. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Send the item back together to the following address:
